Department of the Navy Transforms Energy Use

In 2009, Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus announced five energy goals designed to transform the Department of the Navy’s energy use to make us better warfighters, deploying next-generation capabilities that increase combat effectiveness, maximize operational flexibility, and better protect our Sailors and Marines.
